- Reel Identification Sensors: Smart physical sensors embedded in the tray automatically detect reel layout placements to align counting fields accurately.
- AI Math & Labeling Integration: Uses identical deep-learning anti-interference math as the CX7000 to identify abnormal part gaps, and immediately creates outbound label strings through its QR software suite.
- Physical Design: Manual feeding loading platform matched with a high-speed automatic door and built-in real-time radiation safety monitors ensuring emissions stay ≤0.5µSv/h.
