- 360° Circular CT Imaging: Employs multi-angle camera/detector capture to form full 360° 3D rendering images and detailed 3D slice views.
- Smooth Flying Capture Motion: Driven by a high-precision linear motor and linear encoder system to acquire image data seamlessly while moving, cutting structural cycle delays.
- Automatic Resolution Switching: Adapts image resolutions automatically across standard parameters (9µm, 12µm, 18µm, 24µm, 30µm) down to ultra-fine optional settings of 3µm or 6µm.
- Dual Side Inspection Slicing: Software generates immediate XY slice images to evaluate multi-layer boards on different z-axis depths.
